Charmme's latest film Jyothi's Lakshmi's trailer was launched as her birthday treat. The trailer's hard hitting content mixed with Charmme's glamour is being appreciated by those who have been waiting to watch the film. However, the slight overdose of dark tones are overshadowing Charmme's glamour quotient.
In the film, Charmme plays the role of a sex worker. In the past too, several leading heroines played sex worker and most of them ended up winning several awards, including the Nandi, Filmfare and even the coveted National Award. Discussions are now going on about Charmme's prospects of winning an award.
The bubbly Punjabi actress has been going through a lean phase in her career with almost all her recent films tanking at the box-office. We will now have to wait and see if Jyothi Lakshmi will end up getting awards and accolades for the film and thus the actress or become a successful venture and earn huge profits, thereby giving the much needed extra mileage to Charmme's career.
